Fix a failed generation
Read the visible failure message before retrying. Keep the prompt and check that you are in the intended workspace. Never include API keys or raw provider responses in a support request.
| What happened | What to do |
|---|---|
| No provider is connected | Connect a provider in workspace settings |
| Key rejected or connection inactive | Ask the workspace owner to verify or replace the provider key |
| Provider usage or rate limit | Check provider billing and quota; wait for its limit to reset or resolve it before retrying |
| Model unavailable | Choose a model supported by your connected provider and account |
| Request timed out or provider unavailable | Check Gallery and session results before retrying, so you do not accidentally create duplicates |
| Workspace storage limit | Review stored images with the workspace owner; deleting images is permanent, so keep anything needed first |
| Access denied | Sign in again if your session expired, or ask the owner to check your workspace membership |
If the failure remains, report the approximate time, selected model, safe error message and whether an image appeared in Gallery. An image ID can help support locate a result. Avoid sharing private prompts or reference images unless necessary.
The help panel can explain your next step, but provider credentials must be entered only in settings. A successful connection check is not a guarantee of current generation quota.
Try your first image again once the blocker is resolved.
